Ripped me off for $ 8,021. I bid on an auction posted on landbidz.com, spoke to her on the phone, sent her a check... She kept in contact with me for 3 months, sent me brochures, floor plans, even blueprints, and then she disappeared. I haven't heard from her in over a month...
