I needed to buy a Panasonic TH46PZ800U plazma tv and looked for cost comparisons. Projectorexport.com created a cost of $1300 $150 for delivery. I looked over the web page that was 5-star ranked by CNET, Bizrate suggested it had been client licensed, and shopping.com suggested it had been a trusted store. I purchased the merchandise online. I named the organization your day after I requested to verify I had been purchasing fresh of course if it had been in-stock and guaranteed it had been equally. I also established my purchase per a contact request in the organization. I subsequently obtained another mail seeking confirmation. I named and informed them I'd previously confirmed the purchase and requested to get a shipping day. I had been informed between 9 - 2 weeks due to the Work day vacation. Since I'd never heard about the company and also the cost was reduced than other websites, I googled grievances and noticed a plethura of these showing several issues with the organization. It being 10 times with no following order released, I subsequently requested my spouse to contact and ask when the Television was in-stock. Projectorexport suggested it had been which a following purchase is released when delivered. I subsequently named the organization 24 hours later and was informed the Television was on backorder also it could be shipped in three or four months. I told them my spouse had simply named and was informed it had been in-stock and just how could it be that my purchase whcih have been posted 10 times before was on backorder. No clarification might be provided HOWEVER THEY DID PROVIDE MEAN "IMPROVED, NEWER MODEL" that we declined when I had read of the baitandswitch strategy. I thanked them-and hung-up and after confirmation they hadn't billed my charge card, ended it and requested to get a substitute card in order to not need to cope with any costs from Projectorexport. I subsequently requested the collection from T&R.com and sent a termination to Projectorexport. This moring I obtained to emails requesting me to contact and confirm the purchase from Projector move.
Honestly I was amazed they'dnot billed my charge card bill yet so it created termination easier whilst the credit card issuers won't stop a cost just before getting it. Used to donot wish to feel the trouble of composing the creditcard organization and arguing the cost. I actually donot understand how the corporation may remain in company if their customer support and shipping is really bad. I'd STRONGLY NEED no body to complete business with this specific organization while you cannot think a term they state or even the info on their web site.
