Requested and received 2 children quads partly constructed. One had no instructions to complete assembling. The 2nd had a pit within the gas-tank that was just discovered following a gallon of gasoline released on my backporch. Customer support was really sluggish and verbally rude and eager. The only path they'll deliver me a brand new gas-tank, that we need to deploy, is easily obtain it online. They don't recognize telephone demands. Horrible organization.
