Poor after sale service

I purchased a PC from TigerDirect.com thinking trusted organization by relying their refund offer. I'd limited budget to purchase the computer. I really could just provide the cost after rebate. I obtained the computer with additional products in a large package. I desired UPC club to be able to make an application for the discount that was lacking and requested them to supply me the UPC club to use and obtain the discount reimbursement. I am who owns the pc and informed them i can offer something they required. They simply do not hear and do not play the role of handle the problem.

I sent 10s of emails and many telephone calls (often have to wait 1 time) to obtain the live person. They're not supportive to assisting this refund issue and never prepared to consider the computer back.
