I purchased a Soyo Raptor adjustable power supply from Tigerdirect.com with a promise of a $30 rebate.
Purchased and filled out all the forms around 1/5/04 and mailed them around that date. The offer was good through 3/31/04 well as of today (4/5/04) they still report no record of my information being received on verifyrebate.com this is Soyo's rebate center and excuse as well.
They will keep sending you back and forth between themselves until you are tired of the runaround and give up. Tigerdirect is even worse they just say it is not their problem they are all in bed together and handle this stuff in this way to discourage us from trying to get our money. About all I can do at this point is let everyone else know it is all a scam and would discourage anyone from using Tigerdirect and buying Soyo products. They are doing this all intentionally and will not honor your rebate claims.
