I delivered an order for 4 CDs by having an fast delivery cost of $5.99. They delivered me a contact informing me that 2 of the CDs (Madonna) has gone out of inventory and you will be delivered later. It came later compared to times alloted for that fast delivery and that I was billed again for $5.99! That cost ought to be waived since it was their problem and also the CDs came late! They're doing illegal business methods and really should be researched.
