Apartmentstores.com is just a challenge

We used apartmentstores.com to buy shifting guide info from March 1. Prospects are bought on the 90-day period. Significantly less than 45 days later, on April 13th, I mailed my contact at Apartmentstores.com and advised her that I asked the standard and volume of the leads

Ostensibly, the leads weren't of the standard which was represented and also the quantity of prospects, or even the quantity, wasn't as was displayed. At this time I questioned about obtaining a reimbursement which I had been informed would impossible.

It had been my choice at that time to-go forward and proceed the 90-day period when I experienced it'd be much more trouble to obtain a reimbursement half-way through this program. I advised the consultant that I'd not need to restore but may go right ahead and complete out the period.

The period finished on about June 1st.in July I discovered my charge card have been billed for another period. I instantly delivered my consultant a contact which she replied that she also have the costs corrected and would look at this immediately.

I respected her remarks and didn’t provide it a lot more thought. I'd observe that I did so obtain a telephone call from somebody in July stating she reversed the costs. I didn’t observe the individuals title when my account representative explained she'd obtain the costs corrected since this happened in the period interval in July.

In July I discovered they'd once more billed the charge card. I delivered another mail towards the consultant telling her the costs showed up again.

At this time I'd no more reactions in the consultant. I quit several communications and subsequently named the company. Several emails were delivered by me within the form” kind e-mail on the organization “fill and all have eliminated without reaction. Their site continues to be up although I'd believe the organization turn off and charge cards are charging.

Overview

I informed my account consultant on April 13th I'd not be reviving. On June 20th I observed a restoration cost of $375.00 informed the consideration repetition to which she responded she'd look after it and obtain is corrected and tucked through. Lastly on July 7th I observed the cost was again and ever since then I've unable to obtain anyone to come back e-mail, react to my fax, my phone, or published notice via US Postal.

It's currently Nov and that I am taking a look at a charge card statement for Oct displaying the cost is there again. It's become obvious they're attempting to grab cash from my consideration by invoicing again and again me using the expectations that notice is possibly won’ted by me or can give up and spend.
