I placed this order and had conformation of order placed successfully on 12 June. Money to the total of the order ($193.00) was taken from my account via my visa debit card on the 13 June. And up to today's date 20 July i have received nothing No Goods, No confirmation of shipping and no response to my LAST email explaining this same matter, sent over 2weeks ago. I realize you guys may be a little bit busy and that my order wont make you a fortune but i would like a response and either the goods ordered or a complete refund back into my visa account I have even tried ringing and got your answer phone full reply.
It seems we are not alone. We also placed an order from Hatchetgear.com and are still waiting! Is this firm still in business? Any info would be appreciated.
