Unfavorable experience like a sponsor.
We hired a Ny 2BR location for 6 evenings to an SF pair.
Although we were absent on holiday, at that time of the checking in, we learned with shock the pair had reported about our location straight to AIRBNB and got complete reimbursement about the $1,400 lease.
They reported that there have been no towels within the room, we'd informed them about that, which the blankets were filthy, that was simply wrong once we might show using the washing solution of your day we quit our location...
That Is obviously a scammer's conduct. The visitors simply arranged our location like a copy strategy and terminated it last second.
Termination was performed behind our back and AIRBNB wouldn't notice something from us, questioning a reasonable treatment of the events within the issue.
We hired our location via Craigslist many times before also it usually went nicely, once we luckily handled reliable people.
Our advice would be to prevent AIRBNB like a sponsor. Clearly I'll not check it out possibly like a visitor.
