Hughesnet Internet Service we moved in Sept. ask them to turn service, now they are still charging us for equipment on the dish they wouldn't come to get

We call hughesnet and ask them to turn service off because we was moving, sept they kept taking money out of our bank account when we notice that they was still doing this we call them, so we ask the bank to stop payment now they are billing us for equipment on a pole that was outside the house that they say we need to return to them.
