My son is in prison in the state of VA. I found Mr. Webster on the internet. I contacted him on 12/28. He emailed me the next day and told me to call him right away which I did. I explained to him about my son and he told me that he could help me and he would email me a contract. He did and I printed and read it.
I had a few questions about the contract and he told me they did not apply. I signed it and sent it back by fax and paid him $2,500.00.
It will soon be a year and he has done nothing. He had my son miss all of his appeals. I have called him, emailed him and he always says he's working on it. My son is having siezures and has a heart problem and I told this to Webster and he said he would write a letter to get him the medical help he needs.
All he did was write my son nasty letters yet he tells me one thing and my son another and is mean to him. He is a con artist that takes peoples money and does nothing. Somebody needs to stop this man from taking advantage of people with children in prison. He doesn't even have my son's file like he said he did.
He lies about everything.
I am James' mother and I paid Webster and signed the contract.
I am the one who is writing this and filling it out.
I noticed he was in RI but now he's in TN. How could I have been so stupid.
