Insurance company requested an Independent Medical Examination to evaluate injuries resulting from an auto accident.in September I was sent to Dr. Webster for an examination - results from that examination appeared at the time to be in my favor.in October a request was submitted to Dr. Webster to testify on my behalf, he refused. Repeated attempts to meet with Dr. Webster by my lawyer were refused as well as scheduling an appointment for another exam. At the end of October Dr. Webster relented and a re-exam was scheduled for November 1. At the end of the exam Dr. Webster stated it appeared we would be meeting in court and inquired as to the reason. I indicated it was a result of an auto accident - at which his reply "It's about money."
Dr. Webster's inquiry regarding my day in court as well as the reason were in my opinion very unprofessional. I feel that his question as well as his comment resulted in a preconceived diagnosis that would be unfavorable to my case.
