Time Warner is the most impossible company to deal with when there is a problem I swear. I'm moving into a new apartment and called them up to sign up for new service. For the record I already had service with them at my previous residence. Anyway, they say that the specific apartment I am moving into is "unserviceable" due to the previous tenants not paying their bill. They said they had to clear the service block in their system and that it may take a couple days and that someone would call me. Well, it's been two weeks, and after numerous calls to them nothing has been resolved and they still won't allow me to order service. Is that even legal? Preventing me from signing up because of something someone else did who lived there before me? Outrageous. I'm done with Time Warner. I had them for years at my previous house and always paid my bills. I'm going with At&t uverse. Time warner can kma.
