Ripoff dodgy, negligent, irresponsible tech support

In February I placed an order for my friend and I at buyaib.com purchasing a 256MB stick of Micron DDR RAM. The total cost was $90.00. The package was shipped within several business days, but after 2 weeks I did not receive my package.

Come to find out, the address I selected for shipping (my Mom's physical address) was not a good one to use b/c she lives in such a small town that they do not have local mail delivery. Everyone either uses a Post Office Box, or orders through a carrier like FedEx or USPS. Any and all items shipped through local mail would have been marked "return to sender" once it reached the New Orleans, LA hub. I contacted Buyaib and explained my situation and reqeusted a re-ship. I told them I could obtain a letter from the Post Office confirm what I had said and they told me to do that. I contacted the Post Office and had them fax a letter to Buyaib.com. I contacted Buyaib and they said they received the fax, but the lady in charge of lost items (Samantha), stated that they must receive the item back before they can re-send the item or credit me back.

Over 1 month later, on March 24th, I attempted to contact Samntha. She claimed she had not received the package yet. She told me it could take as long as 6 months for them to receive the item back.

So now I catch up to present day. It's been nearly 1 & 1/2 years and I try to call up Buyaib.com. First of all, their phone system is SH* because after about 10 rings, the call ends and you have to redial. I spent nearly an hour at times calling and calling and calling only to get 5 or 6 times where someone would actually pickup the phone and hang it up. One time I actually called and someone picked up immediately and started dialing a number, then it went silent and hung up. I'm over here on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico (Central Timezone) so 6PM to me is 4PM over there on the West Coast. So I start calling around 4PM CST (2PM PST) and I never have anyone answer the phone before 5:30PM. Everytime I call, it doesn't matter what time I start calling, I never get an answer until 30 minutes before they are about to close and EVERYONE is gone already (manager, supervisor, etc.). I asked for Samantha each time I called and the "tech" told me she was gone for the day.

It's clear that this company is avoiding calls and have no intention to provide proper assistance for anyone.
