Deal Dash This is a public auction site, which does not have the capacity for large traffic volumes, hence they take your bids then conveniently crash or freeze which disallow the bidder to proceed forward

This public auction website is able to accept money for bidding... No problem but when a consumer has spent a substantial amount bidding the site freezes and crashes disallowing the consumer to proceed forward. They either need to limit the amount of bidders or amp up the website.
