Ripped me off before the 30 day trial was up

I joined this free shipping site on oct 9th i got a charge on my paypal nov 8th. I first called them up nov 8th and cancelled my membership then i checked my paypal again there is still a charge on my acct so i emailed them and this is the message i got

Unfortunately we do not issue refunds after the 30 day trial period. Since your cancellation is not effective until the end of the billing period, please feel free to use the membership benefits until this time.
