I was contacted by Gary Kadzban, and he asked me to remove his information from my site. Gary was convicted and it was upheld on appeal, of having sex with a 4 year old.

Gary Tyler Kadzban committed second degree criminal sexual conduct against a four-year-old minor, MCL 750.520c (1) (a).
(1) A person is guilty of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree if the person engages in sexual contact with another person and if any of the following circumstances exists:
(a) That other person is under 13 years of age.
