I had a Gary Pool installed at my residence in Austin, TX 17 years ago. I just found out in May of this year that the Gary pool company did not file permits for the work they have done. Thus, the City of Austin is requiring me to file a residential permit for the pool and charging me the fees for the expired pool permits. I researched my originial pool contract and it states that "Gary shall pay for all building permits required...".
I tried calling Gary Pools in May, as well as emailing them. They have not contacted me on this matter.
