Napster.com ripoff also my credit card was stolen and used by a minor which gives no right to sell to a minor internet

My credit card was stolen and was used by a minor with out my consent and the total chares was $ 295.22 and for everyone that balanced i was charged $ 29.95 for each charge and i want my money back, plus my check charges @ 29.95 a piece. My card was stolen and used by a minor that was only 16 yrs of age and they refused to pay me back. I want something done about this!!! Please, please help me. I will also wil file with the cosumer protection agency too please help me.
