Zynga has ripped me off of 20 dollars. I have written six letters demanding the stolen money be returned. My minor son used my credit card without my knowledge or permission. They have called it a "mistake, " but say they cannot reverse the charges. I have told them that it is a crime to keep stolen money. They do not care. I am calling the police tomorrow and I hope they cuff the agent and the owner.
