Ripoff Downloaded songs unplayable after subscription over Internet

I also have had trouble with a Napster 3 Months of Access. The card was a gift card. After the membership ran out all the saved songs will not play on Napster library or on computer "Window Media" A error message states to pay for membership (Again) or purchase at 99 cents. I tried to burn a CD when the membership was good and there was a message that they was a License on the songs. Now the saved songs wont play because there is No License. I couldn't even close the Napster homepage it wouldn't X out. Just kept giving a error message to purchase tacks! I had to End Tast to reboot. The phone number tells you to go on line and contact Napster support. The on line support states I have to purchase again that something was missing from the account that ran for three months! I had another Napster card and the $10 of music can still be played to date. I don't understand this but it sounds like a ripoff to get more money for the same music downloads. I told Napster if they can not correct this error then I want my money back!
