I received the merchandise BROKEN

I obtained the merchandise BROKEN! I attempted to get hold of them-and they claim we apologize for almost any trouble your product isn't eligible... I-say no I needed the merchandise it's simply damaged. Again properly sorry your product isn't eligible. Therefore today Im caught having a damaged item. I'll never utilize them again.
