Company uses bogus search engine results to get users to subscribe and upon completed subscription, fail to provide the service as promised and then apply additional charges with no recourse.
I needed an owner's manual for an electric generator. Upon Google search, company's website showed that the manual was available for download for $4.95 trial membership. After payment of trial membership and entering full website, service did not find the manual I requested. Three days later they hit me for US$69.95 full membership and now refuse to cancel and refund subscription fee.
