Getsupportsite.com has charged me this amount for the services, I have never used. Actually log in to get the services never worked. Trial period was for $3.98 which was very deceiving. I hope this is helpful to everyone. Trial period should give me the scope of the services and benifit and evaluation whether I need their services or not...
