C-Span removed from line-up - C-SPAN

It has been my understanding that cable providers were required to make C-SPAN
programing available without profit which is clearly the motive to make us $10 / Mo. Extra in order to receive it. I in tend to complain to the FCC. Give us back our C-SPAN!
