I contacted Comcast the end of July for a transfer of service that would take place on Sept. 26. I was told thatthe new home address had to be added to Comcast's records and they would call me back to set up the appt. I called back after 2 weeks when I did not hear back. After 3 different representatives, each with different scenarios, an appt was made. Comcast finally showed up after having to reschedule and advised me that they did not have a cable on my side of the street. We have been told it may take weeks to install the cable.in the meantime we have no tv, Internet or telephone (our cells phones do not work in this area. My husband is a heart and kidney transplant patient ando needs to be in touch regularly with the hospital. We need service Now! 677 Wandering Woods Way 32081
