On July 7 i have an appointment with Comcast to have a service for cable. But no one came, my wife called comcast, Patty said we had no appt. This date. So she make another appt. On July 10th, still I waited but no one came. My wife called again and comcast set another appt onJuly 14th and that's the only time the technician came. So, I explain to the technician how I feel what happened. Before then, I talked to comcast I was going to cancel I believe it was on the 13th. That time the comcast office in Stockton was telling me, I have a box that was not been return. And this is the start of the problem I'm talking now. I do not have that box. I have one box which I pick it up in the office Stockton branch. So, please help me. I just received the letter from comcast demanding to return that box. How can I return the box that I don't have it, if I don't return within 10 days I will be charged for un - return equipment.
