Worst company that I have ever dealt with. When in the world do they put two months charges ON ONE BILL??? Also, calling to set up service and they add shit on there that you didn't ask for, or that you don't need just because they want your money. Worst customer service that I have ever had. What place doesn't have a telephone in their local comcast so that it's more convenient for customers to call if they have simple questions instead of calling the 1-800 number to have to talk to a million automated voices that you can never get anywhere with when ALL YOU WANT TO DO IS TALK TO A REAL PERSON! Your sales promotion's LIE, I wish I didn't have to have your worthless service, but I have to if I want to watch television... I'll make sure that NOBODY wants to have Comcast ever because itsn't been nothing but a pain in my ass since day one!
