I tried to use this site to get information on some public records and the site stated I could get access to such records at a price of 19.99. When I paid for the service, the site could only offer an upgrade for 9.99 more, no records, nor information, ripped off for 19.99. This just can not be right. I am upset and will not never believe any of this any more on the internet.
