Staff is incompetent

I've purchased hairdryer from MetroBeauty.com. They mentioned that shipping to Australia can be done. Then after I delivered the cash I received mail from their website. They stated that item isn't ideal for Australia. You can find just two variations. First - they're scammers, minute – their employees is inexperienced.
