I have made several attempts to contact you and the staff address from "all-americanheroes" but I have had no responce and this all began on 10/01. I believe, 7 days is an ample amount of time to correct any error. I also believe it is ample time to either refund my account.
I have asked for the proper forms to file a complaint with the State of Ohio Attorney General's office. I am a firm believer that consumers should never be taken advantage of nor ignored when they ask to have the proper item or service that was ordered.
I do not mean to sound angry but I believe enough is enough. I do expect a responce from you and "all-americanheroes" with in the next few days.
