I saw many postings on this site about being ripped off by Dazzle Smile/Bright. I did read the fine print and sent off for the "free trial". The next morning they began calling me over and over until I answered. They talked very fast and wanted to enroll me in some kind of automatic program. I told them no I would contact them after trying the product if I liked it. The "free trial" came a couple of days later. Before opening it I notice on my account a charge for $48.95. I immediately called and told them I did not sign up for the program when they contacted me. I was emailed directions to return the product and get refund. I did so right away. Few days later the second package came I sent it back the following day. Two weeks later another charge on my account, this time $87.98 from some other mysteriously named company with an incorrect toll free number to contact them. Looking online I found the correct number to contact them. It was after 5pm so I got on the customer service Live site and was told I needed to call the next day. I did so and after arguing with the guy who tried to tell me that the latest charge was from a different company and that I did not request a refund and a bunch of other bs, I told him that I would be contacting the state attorney general's office and reporting this as fraud. He said they would refund my money. I went to the state attorney general's website any way. What I found is that I am not the only person in the state to file a complaint. I filed the complaint online. I have been refunded the $48.95 and I feel fairly confident that I will be refunded the $87.98 within the next couple of days. Evey state has laws against this! Go to your state's attorney general's website and file a complaint!
