Ripoff fraudulent company took my money and never shipped the product since 8th of August GreeceCyprus Cyprus

The company Universal Duty Free-www.universaldf.com and/or www.cig4u.com took my money on the 8th of August from my Visa Credit Card and never ever send the item I have paid for despite numerous emails I have sent them.

Outrageous!
