On December 27, I purchased the above listed to clean my computer of errors and anything else pertaining to that software. On that day they took $4.95 out of my bank account with the balance due in 14 days. As of this date, January 14, I still can't get the Key Code to work to activate this software. After trying many, many times to register the Ket Code. I tried to contact their support and complaint department. So, all I would like is for your bank to cancel this transaction and please refund my purchace price. This company evidently care about the people they scam into purchasing this product because there is very many on file. I thank you for your prompt attention to my problem.
