Monthly payment for frustration - Bundle joke

I just spent over 30 minutes on the phone with two different customer service representatives, repeating my account informat three times, to no end.

Your service has, once again, deteriorated in every way, and bills continue to go up. I noticed, however, that you continue to lure new customers with promises of a monthly cost that is as much as $40 less than mine - a long time Time Warner/Adelphia customer.

Your selection of the most recent cable providers was poor. Searching for a channel is time prohibitive, programming the DVR has become a throw the remote task, and hearing commercials about the easy availablity of 'all your favorite shows on demand any time' is just salt in the wound, since they are most definetly not available any time - often not at all.

When I asked for help from the retention department, explaining that I couldn't justify paying $100 per month for poor service, let alone $140, she said 'I can take $2 off your bill'. When I asked, instead, to add phone service and get the $89 package that includes that and all I am currently paying $119 for, she said "I can't do that".

Apparently, the price for frustration and poor service is at an all time high, unless you are not yet a paying customer.
