Planet Sappho Deceptive and Fraudulent due to deception

I had the unfortunate experience of being told that I had not read the terms of use of the site. They are not obvious and therefore I missed that part which is just after putting in your email address-right below. The next page-they want your money to talk with these friends. Only to realize that they all ficticous. They are very clear on the payment page that if you choose the 3 day trial period that if you do not cancel they will go on ahead and charge an additional fee for a month. However if you cancel in the 3 day period you will not get paid, which is not necessarily so. They also make it very difficult to contact customer service. Which brings me to the next and biggest warning of them all.

I decided that I did not want to take the chance of missing cancellation of the 3 day trial so I went to the 30 day membership, which if you [lace even one photo or send one message you are in it regardless if you cancel or not. You have 7 days in which to cancel if you do not send one message or add one photo-basically do nothing and see nothing-must stay essentially inactive for 7 days-after I found the terms of use that the customer service people told me WAS there. I had to go a different route to find them-NOT on the site. So with the charge of the month membership I received a lovely phone call from the fraud department of my bank. This caught me offguard. I authorized the charge-I saw the fine print for the payment and giving the information. You go look for yourself. They are fraudlent, deceptive and do not provide a legit service.

I contacted the cusomer service department where I explained their cancellation policy and the issue of fraud. They stood on the fact that they were completely legal and legit. I wasn't even ready to tell them that I knew their people are actors and not real people. They get you to send an email or chat that is only one way-these people do not talk with you-the ones on chat-this is how I know it is a scam.

Beware and BE Warned. Just google comments on this website and there will be definitions of what it's suppose to be. Then nothing but warnings of how they scam people of their money and are very fraudulent in their practices.
