They are so messed up it unreal. First we were promised 39.99 a month for the first year, then 49.99 for the next. We are being charged 59.99 taxes. They said we could get upgraded in august, it is now september and nobody knows what we're "talking about." the connection is lousy. And now they say we're stuck with them for two years or we have to pay 370.00. If they ddon't hold up their end of the bargain why should we?
