I was treated rude & coldly by 2 female employees at a billing/payment center & I tried to call in & complain that day, & was disconnected FIVE straight times & the last 2 times were after the person assured me I would not be. I called back a 6th time & only got through because I was on another phone & stated in the menu it was not an existing account. I wanted to complain about 1 employee in specific & was told the issue was being documented but that they would not release the supervisor in charge of the center, but that the person would call me back & that an email was also sent to him/her. I never got the call & went into the center & asked for a supervisor 3 weeks later & was told there was no one in charge & to call the 800 number again. I called from the phone in their office & both employees were smirking & acting like it was funny that I was trying to register the complaint. I could not believe the arrogance, obviously the employees are not liable to anyone there thus zero quality control. I was lied to multiple times on top of this.
