I spoke with T - employee number & and P — employee number &.in the Cricket communications call center on 9/12/08 at approximately 7:55pm, and 8:25pm MST there were two calls placed. The first call I placed the supervisor was rude, taunted me, and refused to find another Supervisor that I could speak with. I called in because my services were not working, in fact my phone went completely hay wire. It had my events calendar popping up with EVERY event that had ever been placed in my phone. I also cannot send or receive video messaging, or even view my contacts. These are all services that I pay for. I have been to 2 stores, and when they "check" my phone, they say that it is functioning, and maybe I should buy another $400 phone. I asked numerous times for another supervisor since Travis was so rude to me. He told me no one else was there. Then hung up on me. I called back in. Spoke with T - employee #&, again. He told me that it was ridiculous for me to hold since there was no one else there. He placed me on hold. I finally got to another Supervisor after being placed on hold more then 5 times. The second time I spoke with P - employee #&. He told me that he would pull the calls and deliver any feedback. I cannot believe that someone in a customer service position, especially being a supervisor would treat a customer in the manner that he did, or even hang up on me. I work in a call center for the Washington Post, and would never treat anyone the way that I was treated tonight. I don't appreciate being hung up on, taunted, and not serviced. I pay Cricket for a service. I am not receiving that service. I wasted more than an hour of my time because some Supervisor didn't care to help a customer out. I would appreciate a follow up on this matter. Thanks in advance.
