I have been an avid COMPUSA customer for over 3 years now until i bought one of their on-sale 32 inch tv that was displayed on-floor... A guy named rey romero assisted me to take it to the counter (and yeah he helped me for a while lifting it to the counter)... He then disappeared after a few minutes (never showed up again) after another gentleman from their store helped me lifted the television (unboxed) at the back of my cartrunk... The tv was too big that my cartrunk wasn't able to close so this second guy told me that he needed to punch out from the job hours and asked me if i could wait a little while to see if he can find a string to tie my car trunk to hold the tv... I waited, and i mean unexaggeratedly waited at least twenty minutes... in between this twenty minutes, i saw another customer who was being helped from the time he was at the counter till he gets his television out of the store... Some kind of unfairness since i was not dressed in casual... I then decided to find a way to tie the whole thing on my own (under 90 degrees sun on a 4 o'clock afternoon)... Until one security guy from the front asked me if i needed anything, and told him everything... He found a string for me within less than 2 minutes...
Please be notified that a sales representative was the one who accompany the lifting of the television... If this is all that he can assist customers on your workplace (no matter how busy he was, there should have been at least another guy to have helped), it's gonna be tough selling and keeping people to be with them...
