Around Oct. 2 i spoke with a connectech rep. About my pc having vuneble virus. I was on the phone over 3 hours, on today, Oct. 5, i spoke with Jeremiah ID# JS477T who pleased me very much by solving my issue. Back on or about the 2nd i was told that i needed to upgrade my megbits from 1.5 to 3.0 to have protection & was told then everything was ok. Not so, on today i found out the software that i was paying $5 extra a month for was never installed. I don't think that was fair since everytime i call i'm told i'm a valued customer. I would like some type of incentive for my inconvenience since this important to me if not u for tying up my phone line for nearly 4 hours. What u think u should do to please your so call valued customer who is myself.
