Whatever you do do not send your games into this company, their a complete ripoff. First off, they give you the run around about sending you your money, i had to call repeatedly before getting in contact with anyone. Then, when i finally did get in contact with some there's hardly ever someone there's hardly ever anyone there that works in the 'online department'.
Now, after a month has gone by i finally get in touch with the owner; and his customer service is horrible. What the owner told me is he's tired of me calling asking when they'll send the check so he's not sending it. So i start getting prepared to take legal action, i call and let him know am prepared to take him to court, then i get a check a week in a half later. So, altogether it took me a month in a half to get a check; which was for the wrong amount. The quote that i got for my games totaled up to 350 dollars, the owner sends me a check for 85 dollars.
So i call the owner and tell him they didn't send all my money. I told him my quote was for 350 but they only sent 85 dollars.in response to this the owner says '350 dollars are you joking' and then hangs up on me, so right now am getting prepared to file a lawsuit again. So, if you're considering sending games to this company don't do it, save yourself the time and frustration of dealing with these con artist.
