Slow shipp and game avaiabley - customer service and game rental

I think you are a great service but I think it takes way to long to receive my games. Also I am tired of you not sending my top choices and instead send me games i do not want and send right back. A lot of the games are high or available now and yet you will send me another available games that i do not want as much.
