DSL extreme is a bad experience! Don't buy it. It is Verizon in disguise. I am charged for a modem I sent back and additional 160j for a years internet service. I explained to different people in their accounts department how frustrating it was to work with a connection I should have to call in all the time about. Customer service is a bare bones network if I can even call it that. Each time I called in they claimed I didn't have an account... If the connection worked it was a hassle getting on the internet. I told them the service and product were lackluster and felt because I hadnt used their dial up I shouldn't have to pay for a product I was extremely dissatisfied with. DO NOT make the same error.
