We have received two bills totalling $50 for a one web web site they say we accessed - apparently accepting a download and agreeing to pay the charges. We never did this... They have also charged long distance telephone charges to our phone bill through TELLIS - we have told Tellis to block these calls now.
This Company is a scam - their web site lists every reason why they will make us pay, or ruin our credit. They say that there is no way they are wrong and that they will internally investigate a complaint if put in writing, but that they are never wrong! We have contacted better business bureau in NH but can't we all do something else???
