XO charged us $5280.00 for services that were not being provided. After verbally telling us that the account had been shut down and that we were not being charged, they told us to always check our account status through their "Business Center." The business cenetr is an on-line account update. Fot a year and a half, the "Business Center" Showed that the account that was shutdown was inactive. Come to find out, XO was charging the amount on a different bill hidden away in the last page of their invoice. It was purposly not clearly marked that we were being charged. When we brought this to XO's attention, they told us that we never closed the account. I have emails from the company that said it was. They deny all of this. They are liars and scammers. We are putting together a class action lawsuit against XO. Please contact me if you would like to be a party of it. So far we already have ten companies that have gone through the same thing.
