Charges made by OAN Services, Inc, a third party billing service used by ACC/ATT Business appeared on my telephone bill. When I contacted the compnay they insist that a "10-10" code is being used. I am being charged up to. 19/minute. I was told these charges are so high because I am not a subscriber, yet I am also being charged a subscription charge. The charges are 3-4 monthes behind the normal billing cycle.
Even after putting a block on them I am still being charged. Since September these charges have amounted to over $200.00. The telephone number is a being charged is a residential line and ATT/ACC Business has no account for me.
