Cedarsys Sent broken monitors then halted contact and no refund ripoff artists won't even reply to BBB or police! 280 A Cedar Lane And Online

Criminals, criminals, beware!!!

Ordered 2 LCD monitors from their website after seeing their ad on eBay. They shipped 2 broken monitors. I sent both back after obtaining an RMA. They sent 1 back without the power supply ($35 device, unusable without this) and then claimed to send the other, but it has been over 3 months, they refuse to reply to emails, and refuse to provide a ship data via phone. It appears this company is fraudulent and is probably doing the same to many other customers. They owe me $225 and appear to have no intention of paying me back or delivering the promised computer products.

On 6/19 I saw the company listed on an Ebay auction with LCD monitors. I clicked to their webpage and found a 15" monitor that I wanted. I ordered 2 on 6/19. The company sent me an email responding to one I sent asking about the shipping price from "CedarPark Computers Inc.". I recieved 2 monitors with 2 power supplies via UPS on 6/30. One we immediately saw did not work. They were sold with a 90 day warranty on the Cedarpark website. So I emailed the company 6/30 and requested an RMA. They approved in an email from "Jonathan Vuong" (who all the following emails originated from) 6/30 so we sent back the monitor 6/30 via Fedex Ground tracking #. We recieved delivery confirmation via the Fedex website 7/2 which was signed for by LLEE. On 7/9, I contacted the company for a second RMA as the second monitor had a red tint to it, indicating a failing backlight. They responded via email this day and stated the 1st monitor was being repaired, if they couldn't do it, they would send a black monitor.in another email 7/9, they stated send the second monitor back and they would repair it. I sent Fedex Ground 7/9. We recieved one monitor with no power supply mid July and emailed them of the error. That is the last time they responded to emails sent to [email protected] or [email protected].

I attempted to contact them many times for a status update, they just ignored these emails. As they did not reply back, I do not have copies of all these besides the ones I just went over. I called the company at 7032080858 and the rep acknowledged information sent in my emails (when are you going to send the monitor? Estimated date. You forgot the 2nd power supply, where is my other monitor). He stated they don't repair monitors (contrary to their email) and that they didn't have them in stock. I asked about the 2nd monitor, he claimed that is was "on its way" but refused to give a tracking number. He said "it seems odd that Lee would forget to pack a power supply with the monitor" implying I was lying.

After all the attempted contacts and obvious deception on their part, I determined the company is unwilling to send my monitor and 2 power supplies. Since I have filed with the FBI internet fraud division, credit card company, police, Fairfax VA dispute system, no changes. They are now again selling the monitors at the "too good to be true" price. Criminals, criminals, beware!!!
