They claim to be mobile app programmers that will build you a mobile app. They plan dates and give you a quote, promise you a great app, and collect money up front. Then they lie during the development process to keep you paying them and telling you everything is going good and the app is almost ready. Then they don't finish by the dates promised and you don't get anything. No refund, no app, no code, nothing. These scammers took over $30,000 and we got nothing!
