Called the 1 800 number and was not able to talk with anyone and the message said to go to the web site. The web site did not come up. I have a bill from them on a 4 min call to UNTD KINGD for $20. Local telephone company has no record on this call and must have been done on the computer which has been hit with a number of virus before this bill.
